Customise

This option enables you to customise a number of NetSupport ServiceDesk's default settings.

The customise options are split into three sections:

Note: You can create a customised layout for a user's start page in this section. Click the Layouts icon in the toolbar.

To change the customise options

  1. Select the Admin tab and click the Customise icon in the toolbar.

  2. Change the options as required.

  3. Click Save.

To add additional languages

NetSupport ServiceDesk provides multi-language support, enabling you to customise the interface by adding additional languages.

Note: Additional languages can also be selected during installation.
  1. Click the Languages icon in the toolbar.

  2. Select the required language(s) for the NetSupport ServiceDesk interface.

  3. Click Next. A message confirms that the database has been created.

  4. Click Close.

  5. To switch between languages, select the Home tab and click the language identifier. A list of available languages is displayed.

Note:  Users can also select the language for NetSupport ServiceDesk from the Logon screen.
