Adding a file to a single item
This method of adding a file to an item is the only method available to both normal users and ServiceDesk Operators.
To add a file to this item only

Open the item that you want to add a file to.

Click the Add Files icon on the toolbar. This opens a new window displaying four options.

Select the Add a File to this xxx only option and click Next.

Click Choose File to select the file to add. You can also optionally enter a description for the file. This description is displayed in the list of files on the item.

Click Next to upload the file and associate the file to the open item.

Once the file is uploaded, a summary page is displayed, showing the details of the uploaded file.

Click Finish. The File Upload window is closed and the item is saved.
