Mail Center
Messages coming into NetSupport ServiceDesk that do not satisfy any of the established email rules are stored in the Mail Center for an Operator to take the appropriate action.
The Mail Center icon on the Home tab displays how many emails are awaiting action. In the Mail Center window, a list of emails awaiting action appears in the top pane with the content of the highlighted email displayed in the bottom pane.
The following actions can be performed:

Forward the email to a specific person to action.

Delete the email.

Create an item from the email details.

Associate the email with an existing item.
