Create a new permission template

A selection of pre-defined permission templates are provided within NetSupport ServiceDesk but there may be occasions where you want to create your own template and apply the template to multiple users.

To create a new template

  1. Select the Admin tab and click the Permissions icon in the toolbar.

  2. Click Permission Templates.

  3. Click the New Template icon in the toolbar; a blank template is displayed.

  4. Enter a name for the template and select the required permissions.

  5. Click Save.  The new template is added to the list of existing templates.
