Incident/Problem/Change Request permissions

Create

This permission enables a user to create an Incident, Problem or Change Request.

Read

This permission enables a user to read all Incidents, Problems or Change Requests on NetSupport ServiceDesk but not save any changes to them.

Delete

This permission enables a user to delete any Incident, Problem or Change Request on NetSupport ServiceDesk.

Edit

This permission enables a user to edit any Incident, Problem or Change Request on NetSupport ServiceDesk. However, they cannot change the assignee or add a solution.

Save Template

This permission enables a user to save a template when creating an Incident, Problem or Change Request.

Some of the special permissions will override these permissions.
