File permissions

Add Files

This permission adds the Add Files button to the item. This permission affects all items.

Delete Files

This permission adds the Delete button to each of the files that are associated with the item. This permission affects all items.

Add File Folders

This permission adds the Create Folder button to the Add a shared file window. This permission only affects ServiceDesk Operators.

Delete File Folders

This permission adds the Delete Folder button to the Add a shared file window. This permission only affects ServiceDesk Operators.

Some of the special permissions will override these permissions.
