Deleting associated files

Incidents, Problems and Change Requests with associated files attached have an Associated Files tab available in the item window.

This tab displays a list of associated files. If you have permissions to delete files, a Delete icon is displayed next to each file.

If you delete a shared file that is associated with other items, the file is removed from the open item. It is not be deleted from other items it's associated with.

Only users with permissions to delete files can remove files from an item.
