Notifications

Use this option to set the rules for where a stored email template should be sent.

To set notification rules

  1. Select the Admin tab and click the Notifications icon in the toolbar. A list of existing notifications appears. You can edit an item by clicking in one of the columns.

  2. Click New Rule in the toolbar.

  3. Enter a suitable description for the notification.

  4. Indicate whom the email should be sent to by checking the appropriate recipient button.

  5. Select the required email template to send. To create a new email template, click New Email Template.

  6. Click Save to store the notification.

Note: When setting an action in Workflow, you can define when and what email notification is sent and create a new email notification if required.
